Cancelling your order
You can cancel your order as long as production has not started. This usually gives a 1-2 hour window after your placed your order. Please contact us immediately at support@piezaart.com and we will do our best to cancel your order and provide a refund. 

Damaged or missing items
We double check our items before shipping to ensure that everything is up to our standards, yet sometimes items can get damaged in transit, and humans make mistakes. If this is the case, send us a photo at support@piezaart.com within 20 days of your purchase and we will send a replacement your way.

Returns
So you received your art, but you didn't like or something did not meet your expectations. This can happen. Contact us at support@piezaart.com and we will let you know how to return it. 
Our exchange policy lasts 20 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds are only possible if the product is not damaged. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
